Here's a small list of what we consider to be the most important features and services on board the Carpe Diem:
6 standard cabins in total, located on the lower deck: SALSA, SCUBA, SURF, SMILE, SNORKEL and SKI. 4 of these have 2 single beds which can be converted to
doubles. The other 2 have one single bed and one raised bed.
The SEA and SAND cabins are both with a double bed, perfect for couples, and located on the main deck. They also have their own TV and DVD player.
The STAR cabin is a deluxe cabin with double bed. It's more spacious the the standard and double cabins and has the added bonus of large windows to view the beautiful islands outside.
With 20m2 the SUN cabin, located on the upper deck, is more like a small hotel room than a cabin on a boat. It has a double bed, TV with DVD player and huge amounts of storage space. 5 big windows provide a perfect view of the Maldives outside.

The Carpe Diem liveaboard, built in the Maldives, has 10 cabins divided over 3 decks and can cater for a maximum of 20 people. The boat is accompanied by a diving dhoni (tender) and a small speedboat (dingy). The Carpe Diem caters for scuba diving trips, surfing trips, fishing trips or tailor made cruises for exclusive groups.
Our local dive team of 3 with their abundance of experience can cater for any experience level diver and is able to ensure that everyone of any nationality has a lasting wonderful diving experience. On dedicated scuba diving trips the Carpe Diem offers standard 3 dives a day.
What makes the Carpe Diem further stand out is the service provided by a dedicated crew, some of which have been with the company for many years. Clients that have come back described it as “coming home”.
She has 10 comfortable cabins of different standards divided over 3 decks. The different cabin types are suite (1), deluxe (1), double (2) and standard (6). All cabins have individually controlled AC, safety deposit boxes, life jackets and their own private bathroom with toilet and hot water shower. The electricity voltage on board is of 220V and the plugs are of 3 pins UK type.
